Through years of cupping ASEAN coffee and data collection, ASEAN Coffee Institute has developed the ASEAN Coffee Flavour Sphere.

Designed to promote inclusivity of ASEAN coffee within the industry, this localised version of the Coffee Flavour Wheel will act as a supporting tool for consumers and producers to better understand and appreciate the flavours of ASEAN coffee.

With descriptors that are localised and accessible to the ASEAN market, it allows producers in the region to recognise the full potential of their coffee which will better stimulate the coffee trade chain.
