2018 ~ Present : Managing Founder of The Caffeine Experience

Founded a social enterprise with the sole purpose to support ex-offenders to restart their lives. Apart from reaching profitability and stable cash flow, my role includes conceptualising and writing all training manual for the rehabilitation of ex-offenders. I have also acquired Singapore ACTA license as a trainer as well as a licensed trainer under ASEAN Coffee Federation.
